His true interest in real impact made by professionals in the medical device industry inspires our agency's focus on deep tech industries.

She bridges talent attraction with brand visibility, helping build strong talent pools and meaningful candidate relationships through thoughtful, data-driven engagement. Where we came from

Deeptech Career was founded in 2025 in the Netherlands by Odrik Fiedler to challenge outdated recruitment models. As hiring became more competitive and complex, traditional recruitment struggled to deliver speed, quality, and predictability.

Built as a lean, founder-led and remote-first company, Deeptech Career focuses on systems over scale. By combining AI, automation, and thoughtful human connection, the company was created to deliver better hiring outcomes for both clients and candidates.
